Built as Sir James’s private residence, perched on a bluff over the ocean, Casa Cuixmala now comprises three suites and the Casa Cuixmala restaurant over 1765 m².
Directly adjacent to Casa Cuixmala are six bungalows, providing additional accomodation when required to the suites of Casa Cuixmala.

Everything prepared in Cuixmala is a benefit of the environment you see for miles around you. Authentic farm-to-fork highlighting seasonal and completely sustainable produce.
Nearly everything we serve is organically and biodynamically grown, raised, and fished here at Cuixmala, or at Rancho Jabalí - our sister property Hacienda de San Antonio’s 5,000 acre mountain ranch.
Cuixmala also providies the experience of visiting the farms and harvesting their own produce.
Environmentalism and sustainability are the core of Cuixmala. A sprawling organic and biodynamic farm provides 90% of everything served on the estate.
Awaken all the senses
Aside from illusive jaguar in the surrounding nature reserve, around the hotel property are to be found roaming zebra and eland, multicolour iguanas, and over 270 species of migratory birds at any given moment.
