Dominican Tree House Village is a concept of "rooms in the trees" in respect with the environment and nature. The Eco-lodge is located in the beautiful Samana peninsula, in the north-east of the Dominican Republic, amidst lush and splendid vegetation.
Dominican Tree House Village is located next to the only tree-climbing park on the peninsula, between the city of Santa Barbara de Samana and the beach of El Valle. The hotel organizes excursions throughout the region to discover wonderful places. The region has some of the most beautiful beaches in the country (Rincon playa, Fronton playa, Punta Popy, Coson, Las Ballenas, ...). The locals are very welcoming and warm, spending a weekend or holiday is an unforgettable experience.

Whale watching
Every winter, the majestic humpback whales make the long journey from the North Atlantic to Samana Bay to give birth to their young. During this whale-watching expedition you will enjoy the spectacular view of the mountains surrounding Samana Bay, as you pass by the famous crystal clear waters of Cayo Levantado Island (also known as the island). Bacardi). Make sure you dress properly, you could be splashed! You'll have the chance to sail on an outdoor motorboat * (this is part of the exciting whale watching experience)! Who knows? You can just have a glimpse of the famous Orca of "Free Willy"! Back on shore, you will end the day with a delicious lunch and can stroll on the warm white sand of Bacardi beach. (Can not you feel the sand in your toes ?!)
