Residencial Villas Jucanya was created by the desire to have a cozy place in Panajachel, where you can enjoy the beauty of Lake Atitlán and its surrounding places with your family and friends.
This dream began with the remodeling of “Casa Jucanya” and the great acceptance of all our clients, which allowed our plans to grow, enabling a space with 6 very cozy and country Villas.

THE VILLA HAS TWO LEVELS :
THE FIRST FLOOR INCLUDES:

- Dinning room
- Fully equipped kitchen
- 2 bedrooms
- 1 full bathroom with a hand-wash area outside the bathroom.
- A warm big master bedroom with a King Size bed. This room has a private bathroom and a nice terrace to enjoy the sun and the views to the lake and volcanoes; perfect space to enjoy privacy. However, an intercom between this room and the others is set, to check or ask for everything.
The living room has big windows giving a beautiful view to the garden, kitchen is modern, made of cypress wood and fully equipped, including hot water on the sink.
THE SECOND FLOOR INCLUDES :
OUTSIDE OF THE VILLA :
A country style pergola will allow you to read, or just spend time watching the sunset and the lake.
THE VILLA HAS FREE WIFI CONNECTION.

We have KAYAKS which you can request at your arrival to our staff. The public beach is in front of the property and the lake is 20 meters away.
You can also take a private boat in front of the Villa to ride around the lake and visit picturesque villages in the area. Upon your arrival, we can make recommendations of places to visit around the lake.
